You can browse all of our products here .  Please select the flavor and quantity  and “add to cart”.  Once you’ve completed the order, you will see a confirmation order number.  If you do not see a confirmation order number or receive a confirmation email, then your order was not successfully completed.

We want your cake to arrive as fresh as possible. That’s why we ship orders the same day or next business day. Delivery times vary by location, usually 1–3 business days after your order ships.

Yes! On the product page, check the “Is this a Gift?” box. Type your personalized message, and we’ll include it with your order.

After you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email.  You will also receive an email when the order ships, which will include a tracking number.

Our products are made with fresh, perishable ingredients, therefore our items cannot be restocked once they leave our facility. If you are not satisfied, please email service@majorcrumb.com. Please note that we are unable to issue any refunds beyond 7 days after order receipt.

We do everything we can to get your cake to you on time, but sometimes delays happen due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect address information. While we can’t control these situations, we recommend double-checking your shipping address before placing your order to help ensure smooth delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery speed. Just choose the option that works best for you, and the cost will be shown before you complete your order.

Each small crumb cake is 8” x 8” and serves four giant slices or six ample slices.

Like all baked goods, fresher is always better! If you plan to enjoy your cake right away, it’s perfect at room temperature for a few days. If you’d like to save it for later, we recommend freezing it — it will stay delicious for up to 6 months.
